From one phone on the fence to one fix
A 3D walk-through of one session: set up, sort every shot, find one fix, then compare. The numbers are an example.
Everything between “film it” and “fixed it”
Most apps hand you a dashboard of numbers. HitThrough tells you the one change that matters most, shows it in your own video, and checks it next time.
Kinetic Chain AI
Our own AI engine reads every swing as a kinetic chain, from legs to hips to racket, and finds the one link that breaks first.
One fix, one drill
One sentence on what to change, 2–3 clips from your own video, and a solo drill you can do between rotations.
Every shot, sorted
Dead time is cut. Forehands, backhands and serves are grouped automatically. Press and hold to fix a wrong label.
Setup coach
Fence, tripod or ground. Voice tips tell you to move or raise the phone until the court and your whole body are in frame.
Before / after
Film again next time. Both swings play side by side, synced at contact, with a verdict: improved, still there, or worse.
Share-ready clips
9:16 before/after or highlight reels. Other people on court are blurred by default.
Three checks you can trust from one phone: knee bend, contact point and follow-through.
Low frame rate or you left the frame? You get a re-film prompt, not a guess.
Other people are blurred when you share. Nothing is public unless you post it.
Our own AI, built on kinesiology
Every good stroke follows the kinetic chain: force starts at the ground and passes through legs, hips, trunk, shoulder and arm to the racket. Our Kinetic Chain AI is built around that idea: it measures the chain in your video, finds where it breaks, and explains why in plain words.
Each link adds speed to the next. When one link is skipped, like arming the ball without turning the hips, the racket loses pace and the shoulder and elbow take the load.
Big muscles first, racket last
In an efficient swing, each body segment reaches its peak speed just after the one before it. We compare that order and timing in your swing.
- STEP 1 · TRACKFind your body
Pose tracking marks 33 body points in every frame of your 60 fps video.
- STEP 2 · MEASURETurn points into motion
Joint angles, segment speeds and timing between hips, trunk and arm, for every stroke.
- STEP 3 · CHECKApply kinesiology rules
Compare against biomechanics principles for the stroke type and find the weakest link.
- STEP 4 · EXPLAINOne fix, or a re-film
If confidence is high you get one fix. If the video can't show it clearly, we tell you instead of guessing.
Bending before the swing loads the legs so the push off the ground can start the chain.
Meeting the ball in front of your front foot lets your body weight go into the shot.
A full finish across the body slows the arm down safely and keeps the racket on line.
Joint angles alone don't tell you what to change. Our AI links them in order to find the root cause.
Forehands, backhands and serves each get their own kinesiology checks, not one generic model.
A built-in confidence check means no advice when the video can't support it.
One phone gives a 2D view, so we only report what a single camera can measure reliably. That's why there are three checks in the first version, not a score for everything.
